Elmbridge Council Help To Boost Businesses & Support Local High Streets

Elmbridge Business Boost

Elmbridge Borough Council has launched a new package of support measures to help boost businesses, support local high streets and plan for the future.

• Over 25 kickstart placements (including a placement within the council) have been agreed in the borough, providing a fully funded 6 month job experience for 16-24 year olds on Universal Credit or at risk of long term unemployment.
• Support available to cover the cost of apprenticeship training, allowing local businesses to take on and train new staff, boost skills and open up new opportunities for residents.
