Our choir was due to hold a concert this month (July) but we’ve been unable to meet since March. Here’s one of the songs we’ve learned in our Zoom rehearsals and recorded our individual voices to create the sound for this video.
Produced by our fabulous Musical Director Emily Leather this is Earthly Voices rendition of the Carole King tune ‘You’ve Got a Friend’. This song was chosen as we felt it demonstrated that a Choir provides us with both music and friendship.
The photographs have been taken over many years and hopefully convey the immense pleasure we all get from singing.
