About The Brooklands Trust Members
The Brooklands Trust Members are the official support group for the Museum and that support is invaluable in helping to realise the Trust’s objectives and keep the Museum running, whilst also offering many benefits to the Members themselves, including free entry to the Museum.
Your Membership subscription goes directly to the Brooklands Museum Trust to ensure that Brooklands Museum can continue to preserve the world famous banked track, clubhouse, vehicle and aviation collections for future generations.
The BTM have over 10,000 cardholding members, all with a passion for Brooklands, and the desire to help out.
Many of our members are also part of the enthusiastic team of volunteers who carry out important roles at the museum, including working on new projects, maintenance of aircraft, motor cycles and cars, operating front of house, stewarding, marshalling at events and much more.
The volunteers and Members are quite simply the lifeblood of Brooklands.
As a thank you for becoming a member and helping the museum we offer you various benefits according to the level of membership you have chosen, principally that of free entry to the museum throughout the year which applies to all levels.
When you join us you will also have access to exciting Members events at the Museum which have featured speakers such as Kate Adie, John Surtees, Giacomo Agostini and Capt Eric “Winkle” Brown.
There is a vibrant social scene with day vehicle runs, coach trips and weekends away as well as dinners and luncheons, family events and our own Classic Car Show & RetroJumble plus a black tie annual dinner with our President.
All Memberships
- Free Entry to Brooklands Museum to the named member(s)*
- Parking in the main Museum car park by the shop entrance between 9am and 6pm when visiting the Museum only. When attending an evening event access will normally be via the Campbell Gate
- Discounted Entry to the Concorde Experience
- Access to the BTM Evening Talks (a Members discounted fee applies)
- Bi-Monthly copies of the “Brooklands Bulletin” sent by post
- Discounted Entry to some premium Museum Events
- Access to BTM Special Events and Tours (discounted fee applies)
- Members Fast Track entry to major events
- Monthly e-mail members only newsletter
Additional Club Level Benefits
- Free Entry to Brooklands Museum to the named member. The member may nominate an associate adult at the same address to be a second cardholder, this is intended for partners or family members.
- Free entry to the Museum for three children aged 16yrs or under. Children must be accompanied by at least one of the adult cardholders.*
- Free entry to the Museum for up to two guests of the member at any one time*
- Parking on the Museum site and entry to the museum via Brooklands Road and the Campbell gate at weekends **
- Parking in reserved Club Level Only bays in the Heights Car Park on special event days.
- Access to the Art Deco Member’s Bar in the 1907 Clubhouse with views across the paddock and motoring village from the balcony***
- Specific Club Level events such as “Jazz in the bar”
- Waiving of any surcharge for Museum “premium” event days
International Level Benefits
- Available to persons residing overseas on a permanent basis only
- Online verions of the Brooklands Bulletin (or printed versions at extra cost)
- Club Level entry to Brooklands Museum up to twice a year
- Monthly e-mail Members only newsletter
- Access to BTM special events and tours when in the UK (discounted fees may apply)
- Members Fast Track entry to major events
- Discounted entry to some Museum charged event
Corporate Level
Designed for businesses who wish to support the museum and includes up to six club level memberships for named persons at Club Level.
