Elmbridge Dial-A-Ride Transport Services

Elmbridge Dial-A-Ride provides a door-to-door transport service using specially adapted vehicles for people of any age with limited mobility, who are unable to use conventional public transport, and are resident in Elmbridge. The service operates in and around the borough.

We cannot accept bookings for hospital or doctors’ appointments. There is an annual membership fee of £14.50 and a fare for each journey undertaken.

Charges

For a single journey the charges are (return journey is double the cost)

up to three miles – £3.20
up to five miles – £4.00
up to ten miles – £6.20

Our buses operate between 08.30 and 16:30, Monday – Friday and bookings are accepted up to two weeks in advance on a first-come, first-served basis.

Shopping Trips

We organise weekly shopping trips at £3.50 per trip to these locations

Cobham – Sainsburys
Esher – Waitrose
Walton-on-Thames – The Heart Centre
Weybridge – Brooklands

We can also offer a companion service for those who need extra help on the shopping trips.
