The Monty Bear Summer Ball is our first big fundraising event and it is set to be a great evening. This black tie event is taking place at Oatlands Park Hotel which is steeped in royal history.
The grounds were originally the site of a Tudor Palace built by Henry VIII in 1538 for his Queen, Anne of Cleeves. Other Monarchs have also resided at Oatlands including Elizabeth I.
The evening will begin at 18.30pm with a drink of Prosecco on arrival, shortly followed by a delicious 3 course meal, tea & coffee. We will be holding a silent auction where you will have the opportunity to bid on some amazing items. There will also be a raffle where you can win some brilliant prizes donated by local organisations.
The evening will continue with some talented musical entertainment, giving us all a chance to have a dance a let our hair down, finishing with carriages at midnight.
Tickets are £75 per person (a percentage of this goes direct to the charity)
Up to 10 people per table
Please note that this is an adult only event and the premises is cash only so please ensure you have plenty of money with you. Auction prizes can be paid for with cash or bank transfer on the night. Cheques will not be accepted.
Tickets can be purchased by clicking on the button below or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Dietary requirements can be catered for.
We look forward to seeing you there.
