Integrated Retirement Community proposed for Members Hill Weybridge, Surrey
Invitation to interactive public consultation events
Developers Socius will be holding a series of interactive public consultation events on emerging proposals for an Integrated Retirement Community at Members Hill in Weybridge Surrey.
The proposals will see the repurposing of the existing JTI building into an Integrated Retirement Community, providing extra care for residents, in addition to new community facilities and shared amenities, such as community café, hydro-pool, meeting rooms and sensory gardens.
Health, well-being and the local community are at the heart of the proposals, and Socius has invited local people to take part in the consultation and have their say on emerging plans.
The consultation will run from Thursday 19 May 2022 until Thursday 2 June 2022.
There are several ways for local people to get involved and share their thoughts.
The first consultation event will take place at the JTI site on Saturday 21st May 2022 from 10:00am until 2:00pm.
Artisan refreshments from local independent food and drinks producers will be available on site for visitors to enjoy.
There will also be a further opportunity on Wednesday 25 May 2022 from 3:00pm until 8:00pm to meet with members of the project team and provide feedback.
For those who cannot attend in person, a virtual exhibition will launch on 19 May and can be accessed via membershill.co.uk where the local community can also view further information about the site, the emerging plans and provide feedback online.
