Silvermere Care Home

Silvermere Care Home is located on the site of the old London Bus Museum, in an area of woodland, overlooking Silvermere Lake by the Byfleet Road in Cobham.

The infamous 17th hole of the neighbouring Silvermere Golf Club is a matter of yards from the retirement home where bird watching, fishing, golfing and rambling make up just some of activities available within the immediate locality.

The surrounding Cobham and Weybridge districts offer much in the way of interest, including Brooklands Museum, Mercedes Benz World, Painshill Park, and Wisley, one of the country’s most outstanding gardens.

Daily and varied activities are personalised around the interests of our residents.

There really is something for everyone and many residents convene their own interest groups that we heartily support.

We have an art room and a mini-van that we use regularly and a dedicated set of Recreational planners as well as a Concierge.

We are very much a part of the local community and regularly host organisations from around this north Surrey area, whether it is local schools, interest groups, clubs or charities.
