Location: Weybridge
Salary: £18,360 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours / 5 days per week (including weekends)
Job Overview
The successful applicant will oversee the day to day running and the recruitment and management of a team of volunteers of our successful shop. You will be expected to motivate, train and appreciate all our volunteers who are a vital part of this position.
The role requires a pro active, hard working individual who can react to the changing needs and challenges that running a shop demands.
Job's Key Duties
- processing donations and gift aid as soon as possible with the support from the volunteers
- ensuring all merchandise is displayed appropriately and the window display is creative and eye catching
- planning, allocating and providing clear line management to the Assistant Shop Manager(s)
- following cash and banking procedures and submitting financial reports on a weekly basis
