In our everyday lives, we can lose touch with our true selves when we allow outside and inside influences to disempower oneself through various emotions such as feelings of depression, fear, restlessness and lack.

During this relaxing Reiki experience, I’ll be intuitively guided in helping to realign your emotional, spiritual and physical bodies back to a more joyful state of being for you to embrace living your life fully with purpose and meaning.

As an optional complement to the Reiki session, I’ll be working with the gorgeous crystal singing bowls to further enhance your experience. As their various tones fill your entire being these gorgeous crystalline frequencies will be working on a deep cellular level helping further to clear and release what is necessary in bringing you back to your natural equilibrium.

As you come back to the beautiful being you were always meant to be you’ll be leaving this relaxing experience more in tune with the natural flow of life creating a sense of ease within oneself.
