Erica Galvin is a highly qualified, award
winning decorator of individually designed and
handcrafted wedding cakes. Erica works closely
with each customer, sharing ideas and using her
professional and artistic experience to make
your dream wedding cake a reality. |

Whether
you choose a traditional, royal iced cake or a
contemporary chocolate sensation, she will
provide a dedicated, customer- focused service,
to provide the centrepiece for your special day. |

Choose from decadent chocolate, vanilla sponge,
carrot or fruit cake with a variety of fillings,
special dietary requirements can also be catered
for. Her passion for cake decoration has led
Erica
to win gold and silver awards at prestigious
competitions around the country. Her cake
designs have been published in Wedding Cakes: a
Design Source Magazine and she also writes
regular articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft
magazine and is an accredited demonstrator for
the British Sugarcraft Guild, running classes,
demonstrations and workshops in cake decoration. |

Types & Flavours of Wedding Cake |
|
|
You can chose from
traditional rich fruit cake, Madeira sponge
cake, moist chocolate cake or carrot. If having
more than one tier, you may choose to have a
combination of the above. |
|
Sponge cakes may be filled
with jam and vanilla buttercream, dark, milk or
white chocolate buttercream, or lemon
buttercream (other flavoured buttercreams on
request). They are then covered with soft
sugarpaste icing. |
|
Rich fruit cakes are covered
with a layer of marzipan, and then coated with
soft sugarpaste icing, or traditional royal
icing.. |

All our cakes are unique creations, and
therefore the prices will vary according to size
and design. |

a Simple Decorated Wedding Cake: |
Single tier cake:
from £100
2-tier wedding cakes: from £200
3-tier wedding cakes: from £325
4-tier wedding cakes: from £450 |
Mini cakes from £5
each
Cake toppers: £30 each or £50 a couple |

Cake Cutting Service: |
| Cutting cakes
can be provided to cater for weddings with a
high number of guests: |
12” square fruit cake
providing
140 extra portions £120 |
12” square sponge cake
providing
70 extra portions £80 |

Notice For Wedding Cakes: |
| Three months
notice is generally sufficient to secure your
booking, but it’s advisable to book further in
advance for a summer wedding if you can, as
these dates go very quickly. It may be possible
to accept short notice commissions, depending on
the type of cake and the date required. I’ll
always try to help if I can. |

Payment:
A £100 non-refundable deposit is required to
secure your booking. The balance will be payable
2 weeks before collection or delivery. Payment
may be made by cash or personal cheque supported
by a valid cheque guarantee card. Please make
cheques payable to iced innovations |
|
Delivery / Collection:
Delivery and set up within a 5 mile radius is
complimentary, all other deliveries will be
charged at 80p per mile (round trip) within a
radius of 40 miles of Weybridge (minimum £25)
You may chose to collect your wedding cake up to
3 days in advance of your wedding day as agreed
by us. All cakes come boxed and safely packed
for transportation. |
