We’re based in Surbiton, Surrey and only use the best ingredients in our products, locally sourced & seasonal wherever possible. We only use free range eggs sourced from local farms.

We believe flavour and texture are the keys to a good gluten free treat. Having experienced some of the growing gammet of gluten free products on the market we were struck by the difference in texture and taste when compared to regular baked goods. We couldn’t understand why this
growing number of ‘free from’ seekers were being supplied with substandard products.

So Mark set up Pinch of This in a bid to make gluten free baked goods, that taste as good, if not better, than regular products.

Orchards have been cultivated on Ringden Farm in the Kent/Sussex Weald since 1949 but it wasn’t until 1990 that Chris and Lesley Dench launched Ringden Farm Apple Juice, using fruit from their orchard after a violent hailstorm marked the crop. They now produce more than 20 award winning single variety apple juices using traditional pressing methods to preserve the true flavour of English apples. From our name, it will probably come a no surprise to learn that I own a Black Dog, a very happy and loveable black Labrador called Dougal.

My name is Louise and I established The Black Dog Company in the Spring of 2014. I make all of our collars and leads by hand, myself.

They are all made from reinforced fabric and treated with Scotchgard to help make them water & dirt resistant. They are all machine-washable at 30 degrees.

Karen Harris from K Designs specialises in designing and making glass objects and also offers training courses so you can learn to make your own! All her pieces are made with ‘fused glass’ which is glass that is cut and then put in a kiln to slowly melt and merge to form a single piece.
You never know exactly how the piece will turn out making them unique!

My work is largely influenced by impressionism and I particularly specialise in water techniques and seascapes.

I am a local artist specialising in pencil drawings. I also dabble with painting using watercolour materials. I will draw anything that comes to mind and love nothing more than putting on some music and getting creative.

In less than a year I have sold a number of drawings and had 6 commissions so this is just the beginning of my dream really.

I welcome commissions and hope one my of drawings gives the recipient as much pleasure as it does to me when I am creating it.

Jen is an experienced chef originally from Colombia but living and loving London. Sharing Arepas and all good South American food with my adopted London family.
We sell Arepas (Corn-Bread) made with dried corn (Traditional way) rather than corn flour. So that means we make our own flour which has a unique flavour like our grandma’s recipe.
The Corn-bread is filled with either shredded beef, shredded chicken or pulled pork, red kidney beans, pork cracklings, cheese and home made sauces such as guacamole and hot sauce (spicy).
We also have empanadas which is one of the most popular Colombian snack with different fillings such as beef, chicken, pork, chorizo, veggie ones: mushrooms, chickpea. All of them come with crash potato and are wrapped with corn meal which make them crispy outside and delicious.
Our food is 100% gluten-free.

We are delighted to have Lesley from Churros Garcia serving a traditional sweet Spanish snack. Made by hand in the traditional way, they are golden and crispy on the outside and soft inside. Delicious served with chocolate sauce, sugar and cinnamon.
