Terms of settlement for advertising renewals are 7 days from the date of the invoice or before the date of renewal if you wish to ensure your advertisement is not removed. For new advertisements or any renewals requiring any work which we consider to be significant, payment is due in advance of the work being done.

14. Right To Refuse or Withdraw Advertisements
Whilst we do not vet advertising clients or recommend them, publicity on our websites gains credibility from our brand image and business name(s). In order to protect our brands and reputation, we reserve the right to refuse or withdraw advertisements where a high level of dissatisfaction or concern is brought to our attention. Also when we believe the health or wellbeing of any member of the public may be put at risk. The matter is entirely at our discretion and not subject to appeal or the need for us to justify or explain our decision to the advertiser, agents, representatives or any other person or organisation. There would be no refund for an unexpired term of the advert.

15. Website Services
Netsmart Enterprises Ltd provides a range of website services to some clients, either directly or under brand names which include All About Weybridge, Surrey Artists and Sussex Artists.
These services include, but are not limited to website hosting, domain registration and administration, email services, backups, search engine ranking services, social media publicity, advice, advertising and administration.

a) For the purposes of these terms and conditions, ‘Website Clients’ are defined as clients we provide hosting services or domain services to, which includes clients we provide a combined package of hosting plus advertising on one of our owned websites (includes but not limited to All About Weybridge, Surrey Artists and Sussex Artists).

b) Clients wishing to cancel website services must give a month’s notice in writing. We will endeavour to act upon the client’s cancellation request at the earliest opportunity, but should this be done before the end of the month’s notice, this does not reduce the client’s liability for the fees due.

c) Cancellation of services will normally involve work, which includes but is not limited to domain administration, cancellation or transfer of email services, removal of advertising, removal of website from server, advice and correspondence, final invoicing and relatated administration. A reasonable fee is charged for the work relating to cancellation or transfer of these services.

d) Continuity of service is important for website clients so that potential business is not lost from the website being unavailable, emails and phone calls not being received and search engine rankings not being lost during a break in provision.
To ensure continuity of service is not lost at or around the end of an invoicing period, the contract rolls over into a further period of a year (or previously contracted period) for the same services, unless the client has requested in writing either cancellation or variation of the services giving a mininum of one moth’s notice.

e) Expenses incurred for clients, including but not limited to domains purchased on behalf of the website client, will be recharged to the client. A reasonable markup will be included in the recharge to cover the work and responsibilities of administration and financing of the domains or other expenses.

f) For website clients, terms of settlement for invoices are 7 days from the date of the invoice. Payment earlier than this is due if you wish us to undertake work for you and we require payment in advance of doing the work.
