My wife and I went to see the King Of Pop at Guildford, expecting an enjoyable evening, but were surprised – no DELIGHTED – to have been lucky enough to have experienced a brilliant Michael Jackson concert!

We have been to quite a few tribute acts and nostalgia shows at GLive and the New Victoria Theatre Woking; for example The Illegal Eagles (great professional tribute band), The Carpenters Story (uncanny voice resemblance to Karen Carpenter), The Magic of Motown, The Simon & Garfunkel Story & Thriller Live!
We can recommend all of these, but this was different from all the others. They were like shows of other people performing songs by the original artists, great nostalgia music taking you down memory lane.

But the King of Pop is a show featuring an incredible Michael Jackson impersonator, chosen by Jackson himself to perform at two of his birthday parties. The description of a Michael Jackson impersonator might make you think of TV shows like ‘Stars In Your Eyes’. That thought just doesn’t do justice to this show.

If you didn’t know that Michael jackson was dead, you really could have believed you were at a Michael Jackson concert. The act was sustained throughout a long show running for over 2 hours, packed with Michael Jackson hits, with a full live band and dancers.

It is uncanny how Navi ticks all the boxes: He had the looks, the dance moves, the voice, the personality, the whole package.

The dance routines were spot on. You will also be entertained by the unexpected humour and banter between the songs, I won’t say much more in case you are planning to go to one of the shows on the tour.

There was the bonus that for a limited number of dates, he was joined by lead guitarist Jennifer Batten, who worked with Michael Jackson for 10 years, performing with him on 3 world tours.

The King of Pop (The Story Continues) featuring Navi is a show not to be missed. If Michael Jackson was to be performing in concert in a town near you, would you want to miss it? Well sadly MJ is not alive, but I cannot imagine anyone else ever doing such an incredible job of giving you the closest possible experience to one of his concerts.

Shows on the West End have stand-ins for when their main performers are ill and unable to perform. Navi is the ideal stand in for Michael Jackson – he is the man MJ chose himself, what more of an endorsement can you get?

This show deserves to be a massive success, so we have listed many of the 2016 tour dates below (and some for next year).

This incredible production stars the world’s leading Michael Jackson tribute artist Navi who is joined by Jackson’s original lead guitarist – Jennifer Batten.

Now, Jennifer has teamed up with Navi for an unforgettable experience – taking fans closer than ever dreamed to an original Michael Jackson concert.

Navi is regarded as the world’s number one MJ tribute artist and was hand-picked by Michael himself as his official body double. Michael also hired Navi to perform at two of his birthday parties where he gave him a standing ovation and described his performance as “incredible”.

Don’t miss this special concert featuring all the greatest hits performed by Navi and a live band led by the legendary Jennifer Batten. An absolute must see for MJ fans worldwide.

Navi played at Michael Jackson’s Birthday Parties in New York and LA and recieved a standing ovation from MJ himself. He is the only MJ Impersonator to have been invited to Neverland. Check out the video above.
