The Dutty Rascals’ are a popular local band, in particular they were a regular favourite at Sullivans Wine Bar. Their repertoire consists of wide a range of tunes with songs from artists like Stevie Wonder, Michael Jackson, James Brown and Amy Winehouse. Band members are David Zimmerman (Guitar), Massimo Avellano (Bass), Sumantha McMahon/McDutta (Vocals) and Paul White (Drums & Percussion).

Friday Night Music
Every last Friday of the month except August and December in the Parish Centre, this features a headline (usually local) act together with an hour’s open mic.
There is a cash bar and entry is FREE, and the evening runs 8.00 – 11.00pm.
Ticketed Concerts In The Church With Touring Artists
We promote ticketed gigs with touring artists in the church, in partnership with Julian Lewry Music – see information in Programme section below on this page.
Annual Charity Concert
We run an annual charity concert in memory of our dear friend and supporter, Doug Lipinski.
Music at St James’ is provided by St James’ Parish Church, Weybridge
Open Mic Session – Would You Like To Participate?
PA, two mics and stands, guitar and bass amps are provided for the open mic session – if you need anything else you will need to bring it and do any setting up required as early as possible. If you are interested in being the headline band/act, do get in touch. No requirement to share equipment and PA will be provided.

Accomplished, tight, energetic versions of soul, blues and rock classics – all with a Southern American flavour.
Showcase features Sam Dennis and Purple Llamas
28th February 2020: Shifty Little Sister - Plus Invited Showcase Acts
Top pop, blues and Latin grooves with Christina and friends.
Showcase will feature their guests Joe Stoeser and Gabriel Mesh
3rd April 2020: The Doug Lipinski Memorial Charity Concert featuring The Weekend Kings
Classic rock covers and original songs and top guests in this year’s fundraiser for the Runnymede Foodbank and Elmbridge Rentstart – two brilliant local charities.
Come and dance the night away to some of the best classic rock around!
Entry will cost £10 on the night with all of it going to the charities. Note: NOT a last Friday!

24th April 2020: The Higgibillies - Plus Invited Showcase Acts
Return of the only skiffle orchestra in existence (as far as we know!). Infectious renditions of skiffle classics. Plenty of singing along.
