HIGHLY EXPERIENCED & AWARD WINNING CHEFS

Winston Matthews and his brother Miles, Head Chef of RED bring a wealth of experience to their roles. Winston was trained at Westminster College attaining best overall Student. He has held senior positions at the Ritz and the Dorchester Hotel. In 1992 he opened Le Palais du Jardin in Covent Garden as Executive Head Chef. His many awards and achievements include The William Heptinstall Scholarship 1986, semi finalist Roux Scholarship 1990, 1991, and 1992, semi finalist Young Chef of the year 1990, and Finalist Acadamie Junior chef of the year 1990.

In 1997 Le Palais du Jardin won best Brasserie Restaurant in the 1st Carlton TV Awards. Miles was Head Chef of the Tasis American School and he joined Winston at Le Palais du Jardin as Head Chef for 4 years. Winston and Miles opened RED in 2001 and relocated to Weybridge in 2005.

RED have developed what we feel is the ultimate new restaurant experience. Extensively refurbished to very highest standards, this vibrant, clean modern concept is ideally situated in the heart of Weybridge.

When you visit RED we want you to enjoy yourself. You will discover that it is a place to meet new friends and entertain old acquaintances. We are proud of our professional staff as well as the modern comfortable design of our restaurant.

Providing the perfect venue for Corporate Events, Weddings, Parties or Social Events. RED can cater for all your needs from 2 to 250 people. Nothing is too great or too small.

There is no place quite like it with service and surroundings second to none. The restaurant area is non smoking. If you wish to smoke, please do so at the bar.

RESTAURANT MENU

Open for lunch and dinner 12:00 to 15:30, 18:00 to 22:30 providing high quality fine dining with an extensive wine list to compliment your meal. Our style of food is modern, light and has a Mediterranean feel. The menu has emphasis on fish. Our dishes are produced to order only using fresh ingredients delivered daily.
