Our home has 113 rooms, including en-suites and private facilities designed for both singles and couples and a dedicated Memory Care neighbourhood. We even encourage that you bring your own furniture, so you can make your suite more personal to you. It’s literally a home from home.
With a 24/7 bistro, comfortable, homely lounges and a calendar of daily activities, it is a home that residents can continue to grow.
We have a beautiful, wheelchair-friendly garden designed for gentle strolls or relaxing walks. We’re also pet friendly, so your four-legged friends can also move in too.
Residential & Assisted Living
You don’t have to change your habits or routines when you move in; we will adapt to you. If you like to sleep in on Sundays, you can sleep in on Sundays; and if you like to attend a particular activity, we will provide opportunities for you to do so. We respect your personal choices and support your individuality.
And when you need support with daily tasks such as washing, dressing or taking medication our caring and compassionate team is on hand to help 24 hours a day.
Enriched Memory Care
Every person who lives with dementia and memory loss is unique and different in the way that they experience their symptoms. That’s why we have a range of ‘Enriched Memory Care’ approaches that are tailored to each and every resident to improve their quality of life and live well for longer.
Our care teams use cognitive stimulation and provide a range of activities stimulate the senses and memories, offering structure and comfort. Our Memory Care neighbourhood has a dedicated floor, providing safety and security in a warm and caring environment.

Respite Care
We understand how valuable respite care can be for those caring for their loved ones, requiring recuperation after an illness, or simply need time to relax and take it easy. Which is why we take the pressure off you by offering respite stays with trained, qualified and caring team in a comfortable and safe environment.
Activities
We’ll help you stay as independent and active as possible with at least five optional activities available every day—plus regular trips out in our Sunrise minibus—to engage your mind, your body, and your spirit. Guest speakers, dancers and musicians are only some of the wonderful day-to-day activities you can expect at our community.
We have a range of weekly clubs and societies – some of which are run by our residents themselves, including exercise classes, gardening club, art clubs and much more.
So, whether you’re a social butterfly or a more reserved individual, you’ll never be short of ways to live well at Sunrise.
Dining
Dining is an important part of the care we provide, so we see to it that you get the nutrition you need in the foods you love. Our food is cooked on the premises, by our in-house chef and dining team using fresh ingredients and the best British produce. Whether you have specific nutritional requirements or dietary needs, our dining team can create specialised meals at your desire.
