Every week you will learn a different salsa dance routines, work on musicality, styling and strengthening the core muscles at the same.
The class consists of a latin warm up, followed by salsa routines and core strengthening exercises, and finishing with gentle stretching.
All levels are welcome!
Whether you are a fitness fanatic, a salsa lover or a latin novice, there will be plenty of options given for your very own salsa journey!
