Your property valuation
Once you have booked your valuation with us, one of our local experts will be in contact to book a date for your valuation at your home.
After we’ve conducted your valuation, we’ll send you a full valuation report. You can then instruct us to get your home on the market for a fixed fee and payment is not due until completion of your house sale. There are no upfront costs, and we operate on a ‘no sale, no fee’ basis.
