During this phase of
the project we will work with you to
establish your tastes and plan the
scheme to take account not just of your
current needs but future plans too.
Activities will include: |

Taste diagnosis where
you review a library of images and
possibly take reconnaissance trips to
retailers |

Detailed photos and measuring of your
space |

• |
Production of two
concept boards for your consideration to
help you choose. |

We will then develop your chosen scheme,
identifying furniture, lighting, room
colours and wallpaper, floor and window
treatments in consultation with you. |

A full scheme will
include |

Computer-generated
scale images of your room so that you
can visualise clearly any structural
changes, furniture, colours, fabrics and
lighting. |

Floor plans and elevations |
|
• |
A budget and details
of all furniture and fabrics suggested
by us to complete your scheme |

Schedules of work where applicable |
