drives and broadband internet allow you to

installation, however integrating wireless
products is rarely straight forward. We have
experience installing music servers &
clients, network hard drives and wireless
networks.
Distribute TV, DVD and other
video sources around your home from a single location,
or install a media server for the ultimate in home
entertainment with access to all your movies, music and
digital photos from a single device.
Multiroom Media
Servers
Multiroom media servers
allow you to access all your movies, music
and photos from a single location. The
availability of terabyte hard drives allows
hundreds of movies, thousands of albums and
countless digital photos to be stored on one
device. This massive library can then be
accessed in multiple rooms via video
displays and wireless remotes.
MediaMax has recently
launched there MediaServer Pro which is
capable of storing nearly 600 DVD movies on
the 3500Gb version. The MediaServer Pro is
able to simultaneously stream video to 30
zones with unlimited support for music
zones, and is fully compatible with HD-DVD
and Blu-Ray.
Living Control is currently developing a
media server to expand on their successful
multiroom audio system. Details will be
available soon.
High Definition
Video Distribution
Transmission of HD video is
currently limited to around 15m over HDMI
cabling. As a result of this, a different
system must be used for HD distribution. The
latest products allow HD video and sound to
be sent upto 60m using CAT-5e cabling.
CAT-5e is versatile, easy to install and
cost effective making it an ideal solution
for high definition video distribution.
Wireless Video
Distribution
In certain circumstances
where cabling would cause a problem, it
might be more suitable to use wireless video
distribution. The latest wireless systems
are capable of transmitting high quality HD
video and sound up to 10m.
RF Video
Distribution
By far the most common
system for video transmission around the
home is RF distribution, which offers a
simple way to send video and audio down a
single cable. However, RF distribution is
not compatible with HD signals and is
inferior to current digital video & audio
formats.
We offer a wide range of
