Scans to self-paying patients at a low cost of
£295. |

As you will know, some patients may prefer to
have a scan quickly in order that a fast and
acccurate diagnosis can be achieved. |

The terms and conditions for this offer are
outlined below for your information: |

The promotional offer
is a price of £295 for a one-part MRI
for self-pay patients from the period of
1st November 2011 to 29th February 2012. |

Only available to
private individuals referred by a
clinician and excludes referrals with a
named reporting radiologist |

A limited number of
appointments are available each day at
£295 at Weybridge Diagnostic Centre
other appointments are available at
additional cost |

The £295 price
applies to a single area MRI Scan on
Monday to Friday (excluding bank
holidays) |
| ● |
Multiple scans for
large body areas (e.g. whole spine) or
different body areas (e.g. both knees),
complex procedures (cardiac MRI,
angiograms, arthograms), pre-scan x-ray,
contrast injections, or scans requiring
the intervention of a radiologist or
patient sedation are excluded from the
offer price. These are available at
extra cost |

required to undertake safety screening
prior to a booking and their scan. If
any information provided requires
further
investigation this may delay
completion of the booking or the scan |
