Concept Electrical provides periodic inspection
and testing of electrical installations to the
IEE Wiring Regulations BS 7671.
BS 7671 recommends that domestic dwellings be
subject to inspection every ten years, or in the
event of any change of occupancy. Offices should
be inspected every five years and retail
premises every three. On completion of the
inspection and test, we provide a full report
detailing the condition of the installation,
with results of all tests carried out and a
record of any faults detected, along with expert
recommendations.

based on a property with one bathroom.
Any additional bathrooms will add an
extra £20.00+VAT to the final cost.

Testing for all mains electrical equipment.
According to the HSE, 25% of electrical
accidents can be attributed to portable
appliances. The Electricity at Work Regulations
place a legal responsibility on employers,
organisations and landlords to take practical
steps to ensure that no danger results from the
use of such equipment.
We supply full test results, highlighting any
failed appliances on completion of testing.

Minor faults found
during the course of the inspection will
be repaired as we find them and the
appliance re-tested. All minor repairs
are carried out free of charge,
including the following:

connections in the mains plug
