Crest going back to the early 80’s
and in recent times have been
responsible for the refurbishment of
their new head office in Claygate
O&C have been involved with the
maintenance of this building
including alterations to the
existing services layout, periodic
electrical testing and portable
appliance testing. |

the years the Company has been
responsible for the refurbishments
and maintenance of their offices in
five locations. Presently we act as
a one-stop shop for all of their
maintenance and refurbishment needs.

conjunction with SW Bruce Ltd in the
refurbishment of the Atkins Ltd head
office listed property known as The
Coach House and as a stand alone
contractor in the refurbishment of
their other listed property at the
head office site in Epsom which is
known as the Mansion House. |
