Her passion for cake decoration has led Erica to win gold and silver awards at prestigious competitions around the country. Her cake designs have been published in Wedding Cakes: a Design Source Magazine and she also writes regular articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft magazine and is an accredited demonstrator for the British Sugarcraft Guild, running classes, demonstrations and workshops in cake decoration.
