with each customer, sharing ideas and using her
professional and artistic experience to make

for. Her passion for cake decoration has led
Erica
to win gold and silver awards at prestigious
competitions around the country. Her cake
designs have been published in Wedding Cakes: a
Design Source Magazine and she also writes
regular articles for Cakes and Sugarcraft
magazine and is an accredited demonstrator for
the British Sugarcraft Guild, running classes,
demonstrations and workshops in cake decoration. |

I had our wedding cake made by Erica, it
was exactly how we imagined it to be. It
was a 4 tier cake designed in the shape
of suitcases to tie in the fact that we
got married aboard. Our guests all
