| Healthy Walks are a round
the year programme of walks that provide an
enjoyable way to improve your health and fitness. |
 |
|
Participants are encouraged to walk briskly. For
health benefits you should breath more deeply and
feel warmer when you walk |
|
Please choose the grading and length
of time your selected walk takes carefully and according to
your ability. If you are a novice walker please choose MOD 1
or less. |
|
Although we do attempt to keep to the timing, a degree of
flexibility is needed. Stops for coffee are usually half and
hour. All ages can participate in Healthy Walks, but a
parent or carer must supervise walkers under 14. |
No dogs unless stated otherwise,
except assistance dogs; they must be kept on a lead.
Be sure to wear suitable clothing and footwear,
also bring some drinking water. |

unusual and rarely-seen London buses

20 October 2013 – a great day out for all the family |

A grand transport extravaganza for families and
enthusiasts, now in its 3rd year, featuring large
displays of classic buses, including rarely-seen
early examples, taxis, lorries, military and
emergency vehicles. |
|
There will be heritage bus tours, horse-bus rides
and children's attractions as well as a collectors'
market and the shop and café will be open all day. |
|
The event will also celebrate the 60th
birthday of London's little green Guy Special buses
with many of the survivors on display. Free
car-parking on site and a free connecting bus
service from Weybridge Railway Station. |
