Healthy Walks are a round the year programme of walks that provide an enjoyable way to improve your health and fitness. Participants are encouraged to walk briskly. For health benefits you should breath more deeply and feel warmer when you walk.

Helthy Walks in Weybridge, Hersham, Cobham, Esher& many other areas iof Elmbridge

Please choose the grading and length of time your selected walk takes carefully and according to your ability. If you are a novice walker please choose MOD 1 or less.
Although we do attempt to keep to the timing, a degree of flexibility is needed. Stops for coffee are usually half and hour. All ages can participate in Healthy Walks, but a parent or carer must supervise walkers under 14. No dogs unless stated otherwise - except assistance dogs; they must be kept on a lead. Be sure to wear suitable clothing and footwear, also bring some drinking water.
