For a requested donation of £1, take a trip in a
vintage-style car up Test Hill and along the
Members’ Banking of the old Brooklands Race Track,
courtesy of the Brooklands Volunteer Car Rides Team. |

There will be guest appearances from Bertie the
Brooklands Bear as well as Trails for children up to
12 years old. |

August also sees the opening of the new London Bus
Museum |
|
Step inside this wonderful building and
follow the exhibition in a timeline that chronicles
London Buses through the ages. Also, every Thursday
in August the Motorcycle Volunteer Team will be
displaying some Classic Motorcycles on site and, in
conjunction with Brittens Music, children will have
the chance to come and try a musical instrument from
a wide selection in the Shell Pagoda between 11am
and 3pm. All this is included in the admission
price! |

As there is so much for kids to see
and do at Brooklands this August, any child under 16
arriving by the Arriva 436 Bus that runs straight to
the Museum can get in FREE on any weekday from 1st -
26th. All they have to do is arrive with a paying
adult and present their bus ticket for the journey
that day to be granted FREE entry to the Museum. |
