Here at the Wedding Accessory
Boutique we understand it can be difficult
sometimes choosing items over the internet, and
for this reason our policy is to accept items
back which you feel aren’t suitable. We will
either exchange them for you or offer a refund.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer refunds
on any dyed products, and for hygienic reasons
we also cannot accept briefs, strings or pierced
earrings. (I’m sure you understand). |

It’s often tempting to order more than you need
so that you can see the products for yourself.
We have tried to give you the best images of all
the items and enlarged them as much as possible
so you can almost touch and feel the products to
eliminate the need to do this. But we understand
you are making decisions for your “big day”, so
we have a policy of limiting orders to a maximum
of 2 items per range ie. 2 pairs of shoes, 2
tiaras. However, if there is a 6 week delivery
or the items are hand made unfortunately we have
had to restrict this to just 1. |

Our policy for returns: |

You should let us know that you’d like
to return the items within 3 days of
delivery. |

Failure to notify us within 3 days of
your intention to return the items; it
is then at the company’s discretion as
to whether a full refund is given or if
a charge is made for re-stocking. |

Goods return marked or damaged will
also be subject to a re-stocking charge
or full payment depending on the
condition of the return. |

Please ensure shoes are only tried on,
standing or walking on carpet or
suitable soft surface where the bottoms
will not be marked. |

We’d like the goods back within 10
days of delivering them. |

Returns postage is payable by the
client, but to ensure that we receive
the goods please can you send by
recorded delivery. |

To save the environment please use
all our packaging to re-package returns
back to us. |

Orders over £100 will receive
delivery Free Of Charge. Should you need
to return the item then the postage
charge will be deducted from the refund. |

Your account will be credited within
7-10 days of returns being received. The
amount credited will be reduced by the
cost of postage and packing. |

This is an excellent way to
match items perfectly to your outfit. You must
however, make sure you are happy with the
products before they are dyed. That shoes fit
comfortably and the bag will fit all those
important items. Once you are happy we can have
your goods dyed within 2 weeks. |

If time is of the essence we
can send the items directly to by dyed. There is
no refund against these products once they have
been dyed.

Shoe Dyeing -
Fillipa Scott Bridal & Evening Shoes

All Filippa Scott bridal &
evening shoes are available as standard in
either white or ivory. A dyeing service is
available as an optional extra, which makes
these shoe collections a great choice for other
members of the wedding party. The dyeing will be
done by an experienced company which is
recommended by Filippa Scott. The cost for the
dyeing service is £30 plus P&P. |

We offer a full gift-wrapping
service on all our products, but when you are
buying for someone else we will go the extra
mile to ensure that a card is included with a
personal message. We will send all the boring
stuff (paperwork) to you the client and not the
recipient. |

Once you’ve ordered we
understand you want to receive your goods as
soon as possible and we will endeavour to do
this. |

Our method of delivery is through Royal Mail and
is free throughout the UK for orders over £100. |

Boutique we believe that privacy means exactly
that Private! We do not share customer
information with anyone else. However, there is
one exception: If you purchase hand made shoes
then we will always ask your permission before
passing your contact details onto our supplier
as the nature of the purchase means you will
deal direct with the shoe manufacturer. Other
than that no other third party will have access
to your information. |
