Spencer Needs is a
qualified biologist and chemist, who also
has marketing and management qualifications.
After early experience in food and
pharmaceuticals, he joined the cosmetics and
toiletries industry in 1968. Several years
with a major multi-national developed skills
in product research, process development and
scale up to factory production. This was
followed by a long career in cosmetics and
toiletries product sourcing, development and
quality management with a major UK high
street retailer. |
