| The Autumn 2008 course
consists of 13 one hour classes running
from week commencing Mon 8th September until week ending
Sat 13th December. |

week half-term commencing Mon 27th
October. |

beginner
if you are new to pilates, the focus is on
stretch, alignment, breathing, and core strength. |
improver
If you have completed the beginner's level,
the aim is to develop strength and flexibility. |
intermediate
When you have completed 15+ sessions, the
theme is classical Pilates mat workout. |

group tuition
fees autumn term 2008 |
The Autumn term will consist of 13 1 hour
classes
at £13.50 per class. |
The cost of the course will be £175.50
(£13.50 x 12 weeks). |
|
To reserve a place we require payment in
advance. |
The balance will be payable in full on the
first day of term.
Please note all blocks of classes are
non-refundable. |
