An important part of the PAT Testing
process is the labelling of
appliances with test results and the
schedule for re-testing, and to
document findings and prepare
reports.
How do we label appliances
tested and what do our PAT
testing reports look like?
The items of equipment
tested will be individually
marked with a bar code
sticker, and a sticker
indicating the date of test
and the date a re-test is
due.
Osborne & Collins
utilises the latest in bar
coded asset tracking
technology resulting in
comprehensive PAT Test
reports.
Reports are supplied to
customers in electronic
format or hard copy.
We keep full records of
each piece of equipment with
its unique bar-coded number
and full description for a
minimum period of 5 years,
so no need to worry about
misplacing your report.
Portable
appliances are labelled with test results,
date of test and date next test due
Bar code system uniquely identifying
appliances - id on both labels and reports
