When Parcel Force are unable to deliver items, they will leave a delivery card (with details of collection information on it)

P.O. Boxes
When collecting your mail from our P.O. Boxes, authority cards have to be produced on every occasion.

Location
The Royal Mail Enquiry office is in Elmgrove Road, look out for the Coffee Republic and American Agency buildings in the High Street.

We are next door to The American Agency, down this road.
