The Jobseeker's Charter sets out the
range and standards of service you can expect from your
Jobcentre.
The Charter also sets out the
responsibilities jobseekers will have if they receive
Jobseeker's Allowance. These include
signing a Jobseeker's Agreement and taking steps to look for
work or improve their chances of finding a job.
The Jobseeker's Charter even tells
you how to make a suggestion or complaint. Obtaining feedback
will help ensure a high standard of service
