This is what we use when we are prompted by reminders - what time to get up, what to wear, where to go and what to do, etc., during our waking day.

The sub consciousness, which is where the work in hypnotherapy takes place, is like the computer's hard drive or total memory. This is where everything that has happened to us in life is stored. This is where Neuro Linguistic Programming got its name from.

Just like a computer, the sub consciousness can have previous programmes (unwanted behaviour) removed and new ones (desirable goals) installed.

The only difference is that the person must want this change and agree to it. A computer has no choice.

There is an initial FREE consultation with the options of following on with a session, booking an appointment, or making a decision later.

There are some discounts to people on low incomes. Please telephone for current rates.

The duration of courses of treatment can vary from one or two sessions (for stop-smoking) to more than this for other conditions and their causes.

Clients will be advised of the expected length of treatment as part of the ongoing assessment process. A single session lasts approximately one hour.
