Also there is a questionnaire which allows the "quit stage" to be tailored to them personally, rather than a blanket technique being applied.

In the rare event that a client finds that they have gone back to smoking, a Free back-up session is offered, with no time limit on that offer.

Additionally, the client is given advice on all the dangers to life from tobacco but which also includes all the benefits to health from stopping. For example, after ten years of having stopped, the lung cancer risks are at almost the same level as a non-smoker.
